RoundedCorners Control and Rounding Outward

Hi all,

I just recently saw that the latest toolkit (1.0.10301) supposedly implemented the Outward rounding (per work item 5611 and changeset 17333). I've downloaded it checked it out and I can't see any changes. Did they actually make it in? And if so, how do I access them so that I can access the inward and outward rounding on corners? Did I just miss it somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
